In its Burnstop range, FIRE-PROOF has 2 coatings to improve the fire-retardant properties of different types of fabrics. After treatment with a BURNSTOP coating, textiles (natural and synthetic fabrics) acquire better and optimal fire-retardant properties.
BURNSTOP IM-Natural Fibres
BURNSTOP IM-Natural Fibers is a fire resistant liquid for light natural and absorbent materials (eg cotton, jute, paper, thin textiles).
With BURNSTOP IM-Natural Fibers it is also possible to treat mixed fibers (ratio 30% cotton & 70% polyester or acrylic) fire retardant.
BURNSTOP IM-Synthetic T
BURNSTOP IM-Synthetic T developed for the fire-retardant impregnation of synthetic materials (polyester, polyamide or a composition thereof).
After treatment with BURNSTOP IM-Synthetic T, the synthetic fabrics have better fire-retardant properties.
Tests
Burnstop IM-Natural Fibres was tested at the Centexbel Laboratory in Zwijnaarde according to various standards with their respective result: according to F P 92-507 (2004): M2, according to EN 13773 (2003): Class 1.
BURNSTOP IM-Synthetic T was tested at the Centexbel Laboratory in Zwijnaarde, on a white polyamide fabric, according to various standards with the following result, respectively: according to NF P 92-507 (2004): M1 according to EN 13773 (2003): Class 1.

Consumption:
1 liter per 4 to 8 m², recommended in 2 sprays with a low pressure pump (2-3 bar) or a brush for impregnation.
Preparation:
Shake the product gently for 30 seconds before pouring it into a sprayer.
Surface and limitations due to the weather:
- It must be ensured that the surface is clean before applying the product.
- Do not apply in rainy weather or frost.
- The temperature of the substrate must be at least 5 ° C.
Storage:
Store in a dry and frost-free area. Maximum storage time: 1 year.
